Fedex "Los Solucionistas"

An multi-year fully integrated international launch campaign for B2B, B2C, and internal audiences.

"Los Solucionistas" are an elite team of shippers that are ready to deliver "Solutions that matter". Assembled to take on any logistical challenge, they came to life in a multi year omni channel marketing campaign that helped Fedex expand internationally in multiple countries throughout LATAM. From a dynamic parallax campaign site to real life retail appearances, "Los Solucionistas" helped drive results for the Fedex brand for both B2B and B2C markets. "Los Solucionistas" also became a big internal training initiative that helped turn Fedex employees into real life Solucionistas.

The teams effort helped a our agency win the coveted Bravo Zulu award. An internal Fedex award given to individuals that who exhibit exemplary performance above and beyond normal job responsibilities. It was the first time the award was given out externally.
