I was the lead creative director on Walt Grace Vintage where I recreated a new e-commerce experience for a popular Wynwood retail store. The creative challange was to redesign the site so that it captured the unique spirit and asthetic of the brick and mortar store. Performance and conversion was also a key metric in the redesign. A goal that was met within a few weeks of launch, the site saw 3x the conversions compared to the older site design.
